Wares is a heavy pop band from amiskwacîy, Treaty 6 territory. Their live set is loud, dreamy, rough at the edges rock, while their recordings explore new wave, folk, and synth pop. They have an album called Survival out on Mint Records, which was long listed for the 2020 Polaris Music Prize. They have appeared and will appear at clubs, DIY spaces, and festivals across Turtle Island.
